Is an AirTag included?

No. The collar holds an Apple AirTag, which is sold separately by Apple and other retailers.

Does it work with Android?

AirTag needs an iPhone (or iPad) with the Find My app to set up and track, so this collar is designed for Apple users.

Is this a live GPS tracker?

No. AirTag reports its location through Apple's Find My network when it's near Apple devices, so you'll see your pet's last known location rather than a live GPS feed.

Will it fit my pet?

The collar adjusts to fit cats, small dogs and large dogs. Measure around your pet's neck, add about two fingers of room, and pick your size from the size chart.

Will the AirTag fall out?

The holder snaps closed around the AirTag to keep it in place during walks and play. Check that it's fully closed after inserting the AirTag.
